I Hate Public Speaking.

After watching the video it all makes sense! That everyone goes through different ways of thinking about getting up in front of their peers and talking to them! It can all be quite scary and suddenly the report you once that you knew is now vanished into then air, because getting up in front of a student body is quite terrifying. Sweaty palms, feet squirming, and not being able to make the best eye contact is what some of us grow fond to knowing about! Never skip out on a speech just because you are simply frightened! Facing your fears is what you need to do to get through anything! Unless one person is just blessed with God given talent we all go through not knowing how to react to public speaking! Take a deep breath, realize no one is perfect, realize that you will make mistakes, and always remember practice makes perfect! If you don't do the greatest the first time all you have to do is try again! You just need to get back up on the horse and ride again!
